During the meeting, Mr. Pan introduced GoldenHome’s flagship project in Thailand—a full-category production base in Rayong Province, scheduled for completion and operation in July 2026. This facility will be the first overseas full-spectrum manufacturing base in China’s custom home furnishing industry. Utilizing flexible and digital production systems, the base is designed to reach an annual output value of 1 billion yuan and create thousands of local jobs. GoldenHome aims to make this a benchmark for “Intelligent Manufacturing Going Global.” Mr. Pan emphasized that, thanks to the newly finalized US–Thailand tariff policy, GoldenHome now considers Thailand a strategic hub, supporting a “dual-hub strategy”—serving both the U.S. market and deepening presence in Thailand and Southeast Asia in order to better serve consumers worldwide. H.E. Mr. Phumtham Wechayachai highly commend GoldenHome strategic layout and warmly welcome the leading company of Chinese furnishing industry to Thailand. He solemnly promised, “Whatever you need, The Thai government will definitely provide the full support!”

”To honor the occasion, Mr. Pan presented H.E. Mr. Phumtham Wechayachai with a lacquer thread carving—a traditional intangible cultural heritage of Xiamen—on behalf of GoldenHome. The artwork represents not only exquisite Chinese craftsmanship but also symbolizes innovation and cultural integration in China-Thailand cooperation. GoldenHome’s development in Thailand adheres to its global philosophy: “Global Presence, Local Commitment.” By combining Chinese intelligent manufacturing with respect for local culture, the company contributes to Thailand’s home furnishing sector through technology transfer, talent development, and industry collaboration.

Over its 26-year history, GoldenHome has grown from a technology importer to a leader in industry innovation. Its move from product exports to overseas smart manufacturing marks a new chapter. The Rayong facility is not only a cornerstone of GoldenHome’s international strategy but also a tangible extension of its mission: “To let everyone experience the joy of coming home”
