Bangkok, August 6, 2025 \u2014 A high-level meeting focused on promoting China-Thailand economic and trade cooperation was held at the Thai Prime Minister\u2019s Office. H.E. Mr. Phumtham Wechayachai, Acting Prime Minister of Thailand, engaged in a cordial discussion with Mr. Sean Zen Pan, CEO of GoldenHome. This pivotal dialogue was initiated and accompanied by Mr. Lin Jianan, Secretary-General of the Thai-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and President of the Thai-Chinese Friendship Foundation, who played a key role in facilitating communication. During the meeting, Mr. Pan introduced GoldenHome\u2019s flagship project in Thailand\u2014a full-category production base in Rayong Province, scheduled for completion and operation in July 2026. This facility will be the first overseas full-spectrum manufacturing base in China\u2019s custom home furnishing industry. Utilizing flexible and digital production systems, the base is designed to reach an annual output value of 1 billion yuan and create thousands of local jobs. GoldenHome aims to make this a benchmark for “Intelligent Manufacturing Going Global.” Mr. Pan emphasized that, thanks to the newly finalized US\u2013Thailand tariff policy, GoldenHome now considers Thailand a strategic hub, supporting a “dual-hub strategy”\u2014serving both the U.S. market and deepening presence in Thailand and Southeast Asia in order to better serve consumers worldwide.
